I had to send them back - they were supposed to have a subtle twill, but it turned out to be an awful, brash thing that you could see 90ft away.

I will have red trousers, just not those ones...

They're the ones, they feel extremely narrow at the moment though. Did they take a while to break in?

I got mine second hand so I've no idea sorry - the leather on mine is pretty soft and flexible though. That said, the price they charge for 'em new I'd probably want them to fit straight out of the box...

They should do, i've got a pair of Islay's as well the same size which are lovely now so I think they'll probably need a few hours walking around the house

Does it not look like a jacket for ladies? I guess you wont be able to tell once its on. Also, the sizing 6, 8, 10 is difficult to figure out the mens equivalence.

Women's jackets are usually cut differently to mens jackets IME - wider at the hips, narrowed shoulders, shorter arms.

I get that about the fit but just being a women’s doesn’t mean it’s a no.
