ETA more it’s arrived & I’m keeping I would suggest a size down from normal or order down & normal size. It’s jersey cotton which I find run large on ASOS.

This coat which I’m hoping fits & is a lovely as I think the photo looks. I ordered 2 other coats in green -khaki /olive green that didn’t suit.

I bought a lovely linen & cotton coat off ebay for Mrs B for next to nothing, made by Colenimo, who make extremely nice but very expensive clothes in London (I think it's basically one industrious japanese woman). When it arrived I discovered it was missing a couple of buttons, so I emailed Colenimo to see if they could tell me where to get spare buttons, and she's just posted some straight out to me this morning, for nowt.

I bought it on behalf of a mate who asked me to keep an eye out for something 'crazy'. As soon as I posted the picture on fb, I had another couple of friends ask me the same, hence I got that silk baroque bomber above for one, hopefully it's not too crazy.

got a customs charge for £12 today on an second hand £21 top from the states.


jeez, that's incredible, imagine the top being more expensive, import charges would kill it.
