Just bought this La Redoute dress:
Figured it would work as a dress/top for maternity and afterwards. Annoyingly, just found out it's not eligible for any of their discount offers they always have, but dammit, I wanted it, so I got it anyway.
Also got some dead cute stripey shorts for my daughter in TK Maxx at lunchtime, resisting lots of hugely cute stuff for her in H&M that I'll go back for another time.

I fucking HATE this task. Every time I try I end up feeling like I must be some freakish oddly shaped botch of nature.

I was considering a bra thread. but I can't be bothered to bump the one I'm sure we had several years ago*.
I FUCKING HATE BRAS. I thought I had a solution in Peacocks as they do big cupsizes in plunge styles. But NO! I was going to move up a cup size as from my quad boob effect I'm blates needing to (even if only some times of zee month) but no, Apparently they don't do that size. And anything other than plunge annoys the shit out of me with the wires in the middle. rantRANTARGHAGAB

i'm a trained bra fitter if you want some help? there's a good "what a well fitting bra/badly fitting bra looks like" thing around somewhere i'll see if i can find it.
tbf bra fitting's mostly about knowing your stock and knowing how the different brands come up. there's other stuff though, like buying them tight cos they relax over time, and where the strap should fit on your back - lower than many people have it.

fucking irritating. Most of the bras available in my size have incredibly uncomfortable wires that dig into my chest because they come too high up. I end up having to buy a back size too big which then means I'm not properly supported.
