when i wear them i won't be standing in doorways busting for a pee :thumbs :

They are lovely. Where from?

skirts-luukaa-buttoned-linen-wool-mix-skirt-grey_A43814_F1400.jpg It has a touch of the nappy about it but the material is a linen and wool combination which I like and the button bit is both back and front so you can change it around and unbutton. Also got some new Levis but everyone knows what they look like. 501 standard.

I've bought a whole bunch of stuff lately but I have forgotten to post here :hmm:
Highlights include:
- four of my favourite bra in different patterns (the website I got them had a buy one bra get 75% off a second one)
- half price leather Chelsea boots from ASOS (I think I managed to nab the last pair)
- an order from Colourpop who are my new favourite place to get make up

And other things I cannot recall at the moment

Help, I'm in the grip of weight loss hell or heaven depending on your view. I've just hit the OMG I want to buy everything stage. Added to which I want to go drastic with my hair and get it Uma Thurmaned a la Pulp Fiction. Would it even suit me??

Purchases this week: 3 pairs of denim shorts 2 of which are obscenely short, one t-shirt with tutu type thing attached, one pair of gym leggings, average hippy t-shirt, vest top with frilly bits, black linen trousers, hippy print cuffed trousers, crop top, over swimming cossie or said crop top dress thing. Now hankering for septum ring and repiercing all holes in my ears.

Don't bankrupt yourself Mogden but really, really do enjoy it - life is very short and, er, so are your shorts ;) Go girl!
That's why I'm sticking to Primark and being realistic about what will fit me long term.

Current dilemma. I think my face shape has changed but I can't tell. I had the long hair chopped off to shoulder length but the growth hormone I naturally produce during gym work is making it grow very fast and it's getting to 80s mullet length albeit without the fringe. Now I'm thinking of going for either my dream of the Uma or a choppy bob I can smooth down for smarter moments but generally rock the bed head look. No good asking the besties as Mr Abs has said he's no help which of course I know and best mate Mogden is in the throes of something tricky. Is there a decent website I can Photoshop my face into my dream haircuts?

There are quite a few apps for hairstyles but I've never found them particularly successful.

When I had my hair cut off I clipped it up or tucked it under to try and get an idea of what looked ok, it sort of worked. [emoji1]

Fwiw Mogden I'm still paying for the clothes splurge I had when I lost loads of weight and I have absolutely no regrets about it whatsoever. As far as I'm concerned I deserved every pair of slim fit jeans I could get into.
That's why I'm sticking to Primark for now cos I know I could go crazy and I've still a long way to go hence changing hair and renewing piercings will help to curb the urge :D I really think this is the best age to get in shape as being 40 something and fantastically fit seems to be a rarer thing. That's just me talking out loud though.

Yeah if you've still got some more weight to lose it makes sense to stick to Primark. I bought lots of stuff secondhand off Ebay which kept the cost down a bit. But I still spent too much. I think I was on wardrobe number 3 by the end of it.

Don't care if it cost a bit though. I hadn't been able to buy any decent clothes for years and it was great to fit into Levis and stuff again.
