Couple of things in the Monsoon sale. I don't really have any money but historically I have found that the Monsoon sale is a good source of things I wouldn't normally consider but end up wearing loads.

my friend found a black wool prada mens double breasted peacoat in a charity shop, bit worn, repaired and cleaned it and surprised me with it as a late birthday gift, I still am in disbelief!

eta, I am somewhat sadly hoping the weather goes through another chilly period so i can where it without becoming an uncomfortable sweaty mess

Trouva is a little bit cheaper, but I'm kicking myself for not buying them in the winter. They're never that cheap tbh but they last forever unless you lose one.

A sloggi V back crop top/bra type thing. Not sure what it's proper description is. I bought it in Rackhams in Skipton after searching for such a thing for about 6 months. Also first thing I've bought from a proper shop in ages.
There's not much support with it but I quite often go without wearing my prosthesis but like to wear something under tops other than a bra when I do.

I need some new sandals. My fly ones are so uncomfortable, I spent last summer trying to break them in but they're like instruments of torture. [emoji20]

I did buy some new havaianas the other day (well Mr Looby paid).

Two weeks ago now, I had to go into Bromley for something annoying. So had a look round the shops too. There wasn;t a lot but I found three dresses at half price I liked - plus ordered a few other bits and bobs online.

That third dress really suits you, looks lovely.

Love that denim dress AuntiStella, where's it from?

I have to do a preamble for this. Had been into various shops by then - was desperate for some new things after nearly two years since I'd bought anything new for work and being a bit depressed about my dwindling daily options really wanted new clobber.

I found nothing suitable in Primark, and only night clothes in M&S. So stopped at Costa and had a coffee, sititng in sunshine, and opposite was Bon Marche where i had never shopped before. Being a woman of a certain age and a certain size I think I'm a bit overly sensitive and consequently, in denial - however there were some nice things in the window. So I went in tentatively. And saw nothing i liked, nearly walked out again, but perissted to the back where there was a rail of stuff marked down to half price which is where i found the three dresses i eventually bought.

So the answer is Bon Marche. :hmm:

Don;t judge me.
