Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

Yeah I got a putrid lilac slanket for Christmas about two years ago.
I was quite pleased at the prospect but you're right, they're just wrong. There is no way of getting them to sit/lay right on you. All bunched up under your chin but your arms and bottom/back still get draughty. Normal blankets are much nicer, or a poncho
I would quite like a onesie but I can't afford the one I want :(

Could Santa provide?

Soz, Ms T, I think I may have inflamed the matter with my facetiousness.
I've just been shopping and I bought a sensible lounging outfit:

I am actually really tempted by a onesie these days  having sworn I would never ever go there. But I get so cold, and I love lounging around...there's only three things putting me off: the piss-ripping I would get from Mr K, the effort of having to unzip every time I need a wee (which is often) and the sneaking fear that I would never be able to take it off once I'd experienced its shameful comfort.

draughty old victorian houses , that are more gap than house, are no match for a onesie. I feel sorry for the victorians to have shivered in vain. The zip is really no problem....quicker than buttons on levis.

Was on the hunt for a new eyebrow paintbrush yesterday (to draw them in not brush them) could I fine one? No  well benefit had one but I wasn't gonna pay £15.50   so I asked the no 7 consultant and she helped me improvise and suggested an eyeliner brush from ecotools....and then I got a retractable lip brush and some new red lippy as it's all 3 for 2 in Boots . Cost me nowt as I paid with my points

No new threads for me. Got a stack of coats and dresses that need to be dry cleaned, plus a few pairs of shoes/boots that need to be reheeled. Bought some of these though,

because my hair is so determinately straight that normal Kirby grips slide out. Just one is keeping my hair in a twisted top knot right now

Oooh, genius... May have to try those as my hair falls out of every hairstyle I try

After the M&S socks débâcle (sorting office lied about my place of work being "gone away"). I've relented and decided I probably need different summer and winter socks, so have opted for some rather butch "work socks".

After desperately lusting after a silk bomber jacket (on the Want But Can't Has thread) I found an equally in-all-ways-terrible bomber on ebay for a tenner:
