Detail your latest clothes and slap related purchases here #2

Hmmm.

1. They've got a 'christmas' pattern.

2. They look like they're made of velour.

3. No fucking pockets

4. £4.99 for delivery??

PANTS

Winter pattern

More fluffy than your mountain warehouse ones

No pockets is shit

I noticed the delivery charge after posting

That and pocket put me of

My pyjamas are too thin and they have only useless back pockets.
Mind you, if I did have proper pockets, they would fall down if I put anything in them.

Four pairs of thermal socks from Uniqlo. Rock and roll.
Plus a denim shirt, a mustard-gold merino jumper and a cashmere-blend bobble hat.
Winter, do your worst.

Is this an appropriate time to set up a dedicated "onesie" thread so that all onesie-related chat can be concentrated there and the rest of us can focus on the wider range of clothing available/those of you seemingly obsessed by onesies can enjoy your thing undisturbed?
A thread for selfies of onesies ? :D

Here it is!

A thread for selfies of onesies ? :D

You will see from the first post that I have included your suggestion in the description of the thread.

It never occured to me that anyone could be so depraved as to post a picture of themself in a onesie anywhere, but now that there is a specific place for such monstrousities, the rest of us can continue to browse other threads safe in the knowledge that we won't be surprised by such things unawares

I tried the jumper on and now I have become a caricature of a librarian:

Very Nice OU..:)

I bought some Bare Minerals foundation, X2 stretch mini bodycon cotton dresses, a xmas t-shirt with a robin onower the front, X2 Fenjal classic sprays & Fenjal shower gel. I adore the Fenjal classic range but only buy it when it's on offer and today it was a 1/3 off.

Not clothes but slap. All my slap is running out at the same time. On Monday I bought YSL mascara, Dior tinted moisturiser and Dior lip balm. I'm skint now but I also need a new eyebrow pencil thingy from Clinique and eyeliner. I can't afford to buy any more slap til next month now so I'll be going out with no eyebrows for a week or two :mad:
My slap used to run out at respectable intervals, I don't know how this sudden lack of everything has happened.:(

Eyebrow pencil is the one item of slap I never need, luckily! Can you not buy a cheap eyebrow pencil to tide you over?

I use a brown eyeshadow and a wet brush for my eyebrows....it gives you a much better shape and is less harsh ime. Experiment Shirl

I am hugely impressed with the bare minerals sample I got....if I hadn't gone and got some No 7 bits the other week (tinted moisturiser and natural foundation) I'd get one when I got paid.

Am thinking of dyeing my hair this week :hmm: purple? Maybe a wig would be safer? :D

AFAIK your hair's in pretty good condition and not that long, you could probably get away with purple.

Purple fades like a cunt. But if you are up for the maintenance it would look awesome.
I'm not sure what product the last purple was that I had put on my hair. It was fabulous at the start but as you say it fades fast. This one turned to blue though and the blue lasted for weeks, I really liked it.

Ooh. I've recently converted to blinc brow mousse because it lasts all day, but this is even more tempting.
Use Vaseline under your brows for a really clean shape: leave it on for less time then reapply rather than leave it on too long and then have a too dark result. I do it every month, takes 15 minutes. Didn't do it in the first few weeks post Mantito and didn't feel like myself...

I don't mind the fade...am a bit worried about it staining stuff as red always seems to 'bleed' out of your hair for weeks!

Yeh I think I'd have to bleach it first...then the maintenance is a pain cos I am terrible at doing roots :D

Did you mix a peroxide solution first? And do you know anything about bleach baths? :hmm:

I've never felt so lucky to have thick black eyebrows  The most they need is regular tweezing to stop them growing down to my lashline.

I used to have really thick brows, plucking the shit out of them as a teenager changed all that!

I dye my eyebrows using dyelure permanent mascara. Scary the first time, but quick and easy and lasts weeks
My eyebrows have got thinner as I've got older and I not got much left in the way of eyebrows  so I need to infill with something. :(

I don't think it was mixed with peroxide but I didn't do it, I get it done at work. I can ask on Saturday though what she used.
As for bleach baths, I had one a while back but it should only be done if the hair can take it. I get my hair cut often and it wasn't heavily processed but the bleach bath left some of the longer hair a stretchy. She only did it because I nagged her to as I wanted to be black blonde fast.

Me too! I didn't realise until recently that a lot of people fill their brows in. I have mine threaded, but only a few times a year as they don't seem to grow very much anymore. They are also quite a bit darker than my hair, which is weird.

Atypical double impulseish buy at House of Fraser at lunchtime, as I finally found jumpers that fit nicely (ie, not so tight it sits on my lumpy bits, not so chunky I just get lost in it) and aren't itchy.

The blue one has a leopard print on the collar

continuing in my quest to look like the eighties were sick on me
I will now make this my fashion mantra.
