this skirt which is much fuller than it looks which scared me a bit, very good quality heavy cord, has a bit of netting peeping out the bottom and is just above the knee....good with boots...am keeping it.e

this dress which is plain black on the back which ruins it, is cheap and thin and is being returned...and am pissed off after having rung joe browns to arrange a collection by courier....that they dont have that service and i have to pay for the postage for something i dont want...gits.

amazingly asos sent out the replacement dress and it arrived today.

Dolly shoes I think will look the cutest, maybe with a little plain black kilt, which I'm yet to buy and have to find in a charity shop or second hand place, but it's a nice idea!


I've got a black and white little kilt skirt, dunno if it'll go though.

dolly shoes is a great idea. in my head they would be really chunky with a big heel.

i wouldn't go kilt ... too wide and fluffy. if you went tight black skirt, tight white top it would look yum.

you take your chances with them...have bought a few bits and bobs before, this is the first time i had to return something, also bought another dress that is going back to them for the same reason...thin and nasty....however the green flowery cord skirt is joe browns and super fab in the quality department...

I suspose there is a reason stuff ends up in the sale....and if it is good end it wont need reducing...
but their returns policy has definitely put me off going to town in future and ordering heaps on the off chance i like something...
