I know exactly where I'd run to. The cash and carry, and from there to the nearest piece of high ground that would be suitable for the construction of a promontory fort.

Olympic torches carry the Olympic flame. Wreaths (head, for wearing on) were given to winners in the ancient games. So the connection is “the Olympics”.

Thanks goodness. Cheese ought to come out of the fridge before serving, to reach room temperature. But it should not be stored at room temperature for long periods.
