I tend to post on this thread when there has been new news related to the issue of leave and the land border in Ireland.
Now the NI assembly in Stormont has had a problem yesterday caused by the vote to leave it became new news.
In the past there have been other markers, like all the politics, the ‘technological’ solutions, the sea border, the Windsor framework and other stuff.
Usually when a new issue arises I tend to comment about it on here, mainly to remind anybody who voted leave what a cunt they are.

The so called national civil war will never cease. 48/52 is a clue, as well as the vote to leave being a rejection of other nations. The conflict is both internal and external it seems to me.

Doubt it. Leave is forever, no reconciliation possible, well at least without a solution to the land border established by leave voters.
That might help reconciliation.

many years ago I got talking to this auld man in a pub on archway Road. He told me he was making a scale model of a stradivarius and went into a lot of fascinating detail about the wood, the varnish and so on. It was really interesting and I looked forward to hearing how the project progressed.
Some months later I saw him again and he gave me the same chat, word for word. Occasionally thereafter I bumped into him and at no point did I get the impression things had moved on one iota.
There's many posts on this thread which are almost word for word the same tired routine which brings this man - who must be at least 15 or 20 years in the grave - to mind. Some posters need to move on or at least inject some fucking novelty into their contributions.
