Europe's convicted killers free and murdering in Scotland (and Britain)

A word about the responsibility of the Scottish government for this murder
So who is in charge of the Scottish so-called "law and order" or "criminal justice" or "policing" system at the time?
Murders like the easily preventable murder of Jolante Bledaite in March 2008 under the Queen's First Minister Alex Salmond are caused by Salmond and his shower because Salmond's government did not have the police detain and deport all foreign already convicted killers such as Lithuanian Vitas Plytnykas, the murderer of Jolante Bledaite.
Salmond is not excused murders committed by foreign killers by saying the Queen's First Minister has no powers over immigration that being a reserved matter for the UK government.
Firstly, by accepting the Queen's office, he has surrendered to the authority of the Queen over Scotland and therefore to the distribution of powers between Holyrood and Westminster that she as Queen has rubber-stamped.
Salmond has attempted to surrender Scottish sovereignty and independence to the Queen and the UK state which allows extra murders and that is why Salmond too is responsible for murders as well as being a traitor.
Secondly, even if the Scottish government believed that the UK authorities in England would not respect the Scottish government deporting the likes of Vitas Plytnykas, anyway as a previously convicted killer he was clearly a danger to the public and so he should have been put on a train or plane going south over the border to England or elsewhere, accepting that the UK authorities there may not try to stop him sneaking back in to Scotland while our back was turned.
At least that would be doing something as Scots to rid ourselves of the foreign killer problem.
I would say all foreign convicted killers, even killers released from prisons in England should be banned from Scotland and sent back home to England if they are not from Scotland originally - back home where they can be watched by parole officers and the like.
The only exception to that "you-can-keep-your-convicted-killers" policy should be convicted killers with special political status such as IRA freedom fighter Martina Anderson who was rightly welcomed to the Scottish parliament not so long ago.

erm, he was previously convicted of manslaughter, which is a bit different to murder IMO.
anyone know if convicted murderers are allowed to travel to the UK? reckon I'd probably have a bit of a problem with that, but not up for just banning people's freedom to travel after they've done their time for manslaughter, or other stuff as it's that slippery slope thing of the government banning more and more people who've got other crimes in their past that the government doesn't like.

'Sizes: I am 6 feet tall (1.83m) and you can see my build in the photographs from 2004. I have dated women in heights from 5 feet and a few inches to 6 feet 4 inches, so I am not too particular about height. I do though want a woman who is at least fit enough to run for a bus, ride a bicycle or stretch to catch a ball from time to time. A brisk 30 minute walk to the supermarket with me once a week should not be a problem. So no anorexics or very fat women please.
Talking of fat. Unfortunately, I've put on weight since June 2005 and my waist size as of October 2005 is a disgusting 42 inches (107 cm)! I must find some will power to diet and begin to slim down to the 34 inches (86cm) waist I have when I am in good shape. My ideal woman's non-pregnant waist size should be inches slimmer than mine please (her waist should be no bigger than 34 inches 86cm maximum and should be at least 6 inches (15cm) smaller than her hips).
My hips are 41 inches (104 cm) and my ideal woman can have hips nearly as big or bigger than mine, no problem. Her hips should be no bigger than 44 inches (112cm) maximum and be no smaller than 34 inches (86cm) minimum.
Breast sizes I am not too fussy about - small, medium or large - I like them all. Really the best thing ladies can do here is to email me a photograph or two so that I can see for myself.
So I guess that my ideal measurement for a woman might be if she had a waist of around 29 inches (74cm) and hips of around 39 inches (99cm) but I do lust strongly after women who are very far from my ideal so don't worry about that.'
