On the plus side, they were trialling some kind of new security procedure at the security gates. Don’t know if it included the new policy about liquids as I wasn’t carrying any, but one does no longer need to take the phone or laptop out of the bag when going through, which is nice.

The one time I got into Virgin’s one at Heathrow, I was amused to see they had a barber in the lounge. Whether it was included in the admission or a payable extra don't know.
