That’s not Teeside - I should have mentioned the location in the post - it’s where I live, closer to Durham.

It looks very similar to estates in Teesside so maybe there is a generic type of house that is built across the NE.
My estate was built in 2001 by Cussins but Miller Homes took over half way through the build.
