Im having a veggie roast thing, with mash and roast potatoes, roasted honey glazed parsnips and carrots, asparagus, roasted red onion and gravy.

That sounds really nice.

grilled mackeral.
gonna do 'em butterfly style and stuff some herbs and spices in.
for the salad, kiwi fruit, red lettuce, avocado and cherry tomatoes.

microwave it? or leave the sealed container in hot water for a bit then cook it a bit longer

i decided i had too many eggs this week so i had sausages, chips, thick onion gravy and cheese instead.

I don't have a microwave.
The second bit of advice sound dangerous - I think I'll just have the spag without the bol :)

hmmm....I think tonite I will have hamburgers with french fries.
ooo cordon bleu for you eh?

God knows what I'm having tonight. Probably pesto pasta, as everything is in the freezer. Oh, actually, I could have a cheesy omelette and a baked spud

Im planning on making a beetroot and caramelised onion tart...never made this before but it sounds lush. Will be buying and not making the pastry though. I will be having this with a jacket spud and salad.

Hmmmm.....

Not sure about tonight's dinner but I have a hankering for a variation of Jacket Potato now.

Cook the potatoes
Cut them in half and scoop out the inside
Place the shells back in the oven to crisp up
Whisk up the inside and mix in with cheese and fried mushroom + bacon
Serve with Sour Cream and Salsa

:)

How about a funny shaped potato? One that looks like a thingy.

Potato smiley faces innit, like him -> :) you could put peas in their eyes and dribble ketchup from their mouths like blood hehe.

This week, after many weeks of over caning it, I will be eating super healthily. Tonight, green veg, home made veg soup and maybe fish or lean meat.

No idea. Whatever I feel like cooking, but that might well not be much.

My patent bean chilli is an attarctive option, since it takes minimal effort to prepare...

I made homemade bean burgers with homemade coleslaw yesterday and homemade balsamic vinegar and salt chips. Fucking rocked. Took fucking ages though.

Chili stuffed peppers tonight

Just picked up the ingredients and just need to get some salad on the way home :)

I'm just going to do a chicken curry with the sauce out of a jar

I've now officially decided that putting any effort into cooking for my lot is a complete waste of time

Sausages tonight. We had roast pork yesterday with crackling, warmed wholemeal pittas and lots of salad with the sweetest tomatoes I've ever eaten. I can see a bit of pattern forming with the roast pork on Sunday mind  but Mr Butcher did weigh it £7.60 and only charged me a fiver for it :D I loves me butcher and apparently he likes us quite a lot too. :D
