dunno, i want a chinese but the takeaway has stopped doing deliveries , so its would be a hours walk round trip! so i will probably have eggs, bacon, sausage, beans and toast :) kids have been dispatched for the night, 2 a sleepover ( an under 5's sleepover, they must be mad :D) and the twins have been borrowed for the whole weekend as part of a workmates plan to show her teenager how hard work babies are :D

Mmmm. I had chicken bhuna, coconut rice and aloo chops.
Yay, it worked then? ;)

We're on chili - am cooking up a vast pot of it now, with double everything. And a nice cold draught guinness to start with

Ooo result feyr! Nice quiet night for you then?

Chinese for me tonight. That's three takeaways in a row. I'm gonna end up on 'You Are What You Eat' at this rate.

Anyhow, guilt is for other people, not me, so Chicken in Black Bean Sauce with Green Peppers and Noodles it is.

And a Westons Organic Cider or two. :)

Tut tut NVP - 3 takeaways in a row? Will no one think of the kid(neys)? Christ, your salt intake must be parallel to the contents of the Atlantic be now man

Im soon to be cooking fresh mozzarella pasta with chilli oil poured on top, roasted veg and a side sauce, sweetcorn, big juicey olives, salad and crusty olive bread. I will swishing it down with light ginger beer.

Tonight, well last night technically now I suppose, I roasted some chicken thighs and then doused them with garlic and olive oil and chucked in some quartered mushrooms and cooked the lot for a bit longer, cooked up some farfalle and threw that on a plate with the chicken and mushrooms and juicy bits on top. It was okay but the garlic caught a bit cos I microplaned it so there was a bitter edge to it but Flashy said it was lovely. Not my best and it's a reminder of why I need to get back in the kitchen!

Tonight I will be having whatever is given to the press at the Diana concert at Wembley. So probably some crappy sandwiches or something. :(

I'm going to get baguettes with cheese, ham, pickles and 'stuff'.

Can't be arsed to cook so it's gonna be comfort picky food for me and the kids while watching Dr Who on replay

Spaghetti bolognese, which is simmering away now, and will continue to do so for the next couple of hours.

Was gonna have noodles stirfried with peppers, onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and king prawns. But I've run out of noodles :(

So it's thai green king prawn curry instead

Very big homemade pizza with garlic mushrooms, pancetta, and anything in the fridge that might end up looking like a science project if not eaten promptly.

And lots of cheese. LOTS of cheese.

Im gutted that I won't be having baked beetroot as it will take to long....but Im having a veggie roast thing, with mash and roast potatoes, roasted honey glazed parsnips and carrots, asparagus, roasted red onion and gravy. Best thing is Im at home but Im not doing the cooking...I have just eaten a lush spiced apple muffin too...I love eating..
