I've got a pork tenderloin in the Crockpot with a sauce I made up (apples, onion, ginger, cider vinegar, bit of maple syrup) it might be vile or it might turn out...but it won't be ready til 11pm so I'm having a glass of wine and a cigarette.

They used to give us a slice of luncheon meat at school with mash (well, pressed) potato and beans........I used to quite like it and thought it was quite posh because it said 'luncheon' instead of 'lunch'
