i do really want to eat my leftover green thai curry but I'm going to a colleagues house for dinner and she's making me something out of quorn mince :)()

dunno, but something warming :) maybe soup with noodles in, or a pizza . i am bored of random cupboard/freezer teas, cant wait till payday

I have just come in from the very cold outside so tats making me eat quorn and mushroom pie, roast potatoes and veg.

I may have a bowl of soup now. brrrr

We had a king prawn and veg curry with naan bread.

It was alright, but not what I really fancied.

Tomorrow we've invited a few friends over for a winter BBQ on the plot :D ....with a bonfire for extra warmth  ....so we're making homemade beef burgers and spicy beanburgers for the fussy eaters (vegans/vegetarians :p ) amongst them.

taking the g/f over to dads for dinner. we're having chicken palao, daal, bhindi (okra curry) and nihari (very tender beef or lamb in a thin spicy curry sauce)

teresa is making a nice dessert to take over there, i think it has a graham cracker crust with some fruit filling and whipped cream on top. :)

i hope i don't eat too much

then her and i may hit the bar after for a few martinis but we have a HUGE snowstorm on the way so we'll see

Today's din dins is chicken breast cooked with shallots and tons of garlic, served on a bed of cabbage and pancetta, with mini roast potatoes and carrot puree. Mmmm, I'm starving.

Brekkie is poached eggs and beans on toast.

I love weekends.

I'm only eating it so I can breathe garlic all over me mate tonight. She hates that. AND I'm making her drive to the gig so I can get pissed too

graham cracker crust
I wish I knew what the UK equivalent of graham crackers is - I have seen them mentioned in quite a few recipes. Maybe it's Digestive Biscuits

Gonna make a big meal later on: potato and onion tart, roast sweet potato and butternet squash wedges, with steamed broccoli and carrots. But I'm hungry now, so I might have some cheese on toast in a minute.

Quite fancy mulling some wine as well - a great way to cheer up a £2.99 plonk :D

ashamed to say hangover pizza again... I had planned on going out today, maybe doing some food shopping or eating out but it looks so frosty out and im comfortable indoors.
