I'm at work again until 9pm, and have made a salady type thing for tea with tinned orzo (Italian spelt wheat type thing), roast pumpkin, aged goat's cheese and roasted peppers out of a jar. Otherwise known as using up random stuff I had in the cupboard.

mmm! was daydreaming about corn beef hash just last night. D'you reckon it'd be ok to have as a brunch dish?

Tonight at Poo towers it's my gangsta burgers and wedges

How do you make gangsta burgers?

Didn't have the noodle soup in the end cos we got over-involved in moving the boy's room around and clearing out all the crap he's accumulated since the last time we did it....so we had chicken and red onion mashed up with some mayo/yoghurt and stuffed into some hot pitta bread....and some crisps.

Tonight is some sort of smoked haddock/king prawn tart/quiche thing (haven't quite worked it out yet :D ) and salad.

tonight is left over stir-fry - hoorah!

and tomorrow is being cooked for :)

so the weekend must use up all my veg box veggies!

cauli soup and root veg stew will be on the menu methinks

Gangsta is basically anything dope, fly, fresh, bangin'. I frequently use it in a vain attempt to be more street than neat ;)

However my gangsta burgers consist of a good solid bit of toasted bread like a ciabatta bap with a decent burger along with a whole flat mushroom grilled up all garlickly, bacon, swiss cheese and gerkins and a smearing of mayonnaise and ketchup at key points.

Yum - am getting well hungry just thinking about it...

Something healthy. We went out for a mezze last night, I need something to balance that out.

I would just like to note that I am having a roast beef and horseradish sandwich for lunch and the lady's put so much horseradish in it it's actually making me cry. Clearing the nasal passages right out.

going to me dads for tea tonite. I think they are making chicken korma and aloo gobi (potato/cauliflower) and mashkee daal. :)

i've been told I have to make tomato and meatball sauce tonight before the meatballs go off.
Dunno if that's what i'll eat tonight though.
I really feel like something totally non dinnery. Like a nice bowl of porridge.

We're having spag bol but don't tell the kids, they hate it

*calls the social*

I'm on me tod tonight so it's whatever I fancy. Which, judging by how I feel right now, will be fuck all - had a horrible greasy fishburger for lunch and am totally regretting not remembering that last time I ordered it I vowed never to go there again :(

My aubergine was past it, so I had a sort of paella/risotto thing with celery, spring onions and chorizo that our Nige recommended

Last night was baked Spanish omelette with a Greek salad. Tonight will be more of same omelette with steamed broccoli, peas and sweetcorn.

I've gone off the idea of the risotto now

Fancy some saus and bean stew but it's in the freezer - wonder if I defrost it in the dinger it'll be okay?

A veg stew/broth thing. Fresh leeks, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, some broth mix, salt, pepper and loads of garlic. Can smell it cooking now

who recommended thai masaman curry to me a while ago? maybe it was aqua?? well, i had it for lunch and didn't care for it too much. it had lots of soggy potatoes in it.

instead of the beef cos bees forgot to take it out of the freezer  we had spinach, in a stilton sauce on toast

very yummy it was
