I really fancy mixed bean chilli tonight. Can I, will I be arsed?
Buy a tin of mixed beans in chilli sauce and have 'em on a baked (sweet?) potato. Ponce em up a bit if you like with some fresh 'erb or some such
Bob's yer uncle!

Definitely going for the stuffed fresh pasta with arrabiata sauce.
Have got a scotch egg and a pork pie that need eating too.

Will defrost some sausages for tomorrow night but unsure whether to have venison or boar.

hmmm, haven't even investigated the contents of my veg box yet this week - how exciting!!! what to have, what to have....

*ponders*

*thinks of making 3 bean chilli and having it with a baked sweet potato*

:D

Spot on! Always worth the effort!

Yay! There was a portion of chilli in the freezer; and I now have all the ingredients for that gratin too... is it nice just on its own, or as a side dish to something?

Well there's one way to find out!
I've only eaten it on it's own cos it's pretty hearty

'kin'ell! I am the garlickiest thing ever!
*exhales malodourously*

(trofie pasta tossed in oil, garlic, garlic, garlic, chilli flakes, flat leaf parsley, chopped olives, topped with crispy little slices of baby aubergine baked in a breadcrumb coating)

What OU said

I like to steam some green/runner beans to go with it, as it can get quite stodgy halfway through. Oh, and a glass of chunky red is essential  :D

Tonight I'm going out for an arse-kissing dinner for work, so in return for smiling, being nice, not barking, and barely any swearing, I get a free Thai meal. I'd rather be a barky sweary thing in my own home though, making my own thai

I've got a joint of pork out of the freezer which I intend to chop up and make into some kind of stew with some kind of bean. It'll probably go the way of all my cooking epxeriments :(

tonight will be pasta, with bacon and chilli and tomato

I'm not feeling very inspired to be honest

mmm our tea rocked :D

Mine was disappointing :( I don't know why; I made it exactly the same way I always do, but despite having two chillies with seeds in, it just was not hot. It tasted okay, but it wasn't hot :(

Obviously it just wasn't meant to be. I might get some salmon for tonight, can't really go wrong with that.

the strength of chillies can variate greatly, even within the same batch...
