Doitdoitdot! Any dish that translates as 'garlic wine' has to be good. I followed this recipe, by and large. It's quite different to the vindaloo you'd get over here. The ones in Goa are tremendous. Yes, Ruby is her name and she cooked that for me when I stayed there, too. I loved staying there. Nice folks.i had a pork belly vindaloo at gods gift.. Ruby, i think thats her name, made it as a Christmas meal for her family and cooked a bit extra for us. Fackin lush and totally different to what passes for a vindaloo over here
