I'm making Tom Yam soup tonight with chicken and veggies, served with buckwheat noodles. The longer I go without the sweet canteen food the more prepared I get to buy odd jars of things at the supermarket. I bought a jar of chilli tofu today, in wine. It was bad news, the tofu had gone kind of gooey and gluey and smelled of sick.
