I made proper gravy with red wine and I think it was quite possibly my best gravy yet (I roasted some shallots with the meat and they really gave the gravy an extra something)
I can't do lentils any more, but decided on soup in the end, and it was lush! Having the rest tonightsounds pretty perfect for risotto. also stew, maybe with some lentils or beans (or meat, I suppose, if you must)
