What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Spicy beetroot, feta cheese, various types of leafy things, crunchy purple sprouting broccoli, hummus, pitta bread

Last night I managed to crack a filling open while eating my veggie-and-gammon soup, who the fuck cracks a filling on soup?

A clear, rice noodle soup (I thought I had a can of coconut milk to make laksa but turns out I did not!)
With ginger, chilli, Lemongrass, baby corn, spring greens, prawns and coriander.

A swirly chock Sunday for pud :)

frozen broccoli florets & mixed veg with snipped up mini salami before steaming.

Chips, fosters, mutual ranting about the state of the world with the annoyance, massive spliff. And gingerbread mutants, which actuallly *do* dunk well in coffee.

Cloud, you seriously need to reduce your spend on other stuff if the family are regularly going without food, eh? Not good, matey. :(

I did the pizza in the end last night - so the turkey meatball/noodle soup will be for tonight.

Last night I had G&T and crisps, and then some noodles for supper (that's after tea isn't it?)

Tonight we get food delivery (which I'm still not sure about, I like going to the shops :hmm:)... and I'll give him the task of basa with a mountain of peas and green beans while I do my homework :)

Yesterday we had a yummy but very spicy stir fry made pf those point red peppers that look like devil tongues, pak choi and mushrooms with udon. We used nasi goreng paste which was nice, might add coconut milk next time and leave out the extra fresh chilli!

Tonight is homemade spicy bean burgers and salsa, my tummy is smiling :)

My home-grown leeks are ready to eat

Gonna make a leek and cannellini bean gratin, and have with broccoli, and some other veg that I can't think of right now - what goes with gratin? Don't wanna do roast toms.

Fuck it, doing roast toms. With broccoli and cauli. And fucking lashings of red wine to reward myself for struggling through bastard numbers all day

Im so tired though i think the boy will have to "cook"
:hmm:
