What's for tea tonight? (#8)

An M&S £10.00 deal - slow roast pork, garlic mushrooms, some parmentier tatties (on offer at 50p, use by yesterday but, hey, I'm game :D) then hazelnut and caramel tarts.

A wholesome stirfry, though before I've even lit the hob, I seem to have eaten a small tub of hummus and some goats cheese and crackers ...

We're finally having the chops we took out of the freezer for dinner on friday. : o So lamb chops, roasted new pots, broccoli, green beans and stuffing.

a veggie stew thingy :) though I need to tidy the kitchen first and I just can't be arsed
Tell me about it, had to do dishes before dinner and now cooking....*sigh*

Not even that hungry now as I just ate loads of raw carrot and uncooked stuffing.

I have to say I wouldn't place a bet on me actually doing the tidying, or the cooking, if I'm completely honest

Lemon butter roast chicken with roast baby new potatoes and roast carrier. Maybe some peas too and gravy!
The final piece of blueberry (grand pa's birthday) cake for pud.

I made the kids spag bol and I wolfed down a whole plateful. It's the first proper meal I've had in weeks! And I had a cookie for pudding. :)

I had not enough chicken for 4 people so I added some sausage, bacon, garlic, mushrooms, mixed veg and white sauce and stirred it into pasta

Lamb with a mustard crust, potatoes with rosemary & garlic and peas. From M&S! (apart from the peas).

Jerk chicken, peas and rice. Corn on the cob for sides.

The marinade was from a pub mate. He'd been in Jamaica for months. studying a jerk master at work it seems, and has come back guarding the recipe and secret ingredient like it's his very own.

Notwithstanding all that, it was bloody marvellous. Will have to work on my persuasion skills for the recipe.
