What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Cherries, remoskaed oven chips, dragon's breath mustard, mug of tea... er that's it.

No idea, tho Im reliably informed Ive got aromatic pork tomorrow whatever that is as pulled pork with star anise idea went down the plughole.

Wow! Four times in a year! Lucky me :D I take it all back.

Fucking stalker

:D

That's four more time than hendo's cooked for me, although to be fair he does take me out for dinner sometimes, and we get takeaways a few times a year.

I just had brown rice with lentil and cougette dal and carrot raita - it was wholesome, cheap and very, very tasty.

A green curry soup type thing with the rest of the langoustine tails (and stock made from the cooking broth/boiling the shells) and some extra king prawns, broccoli and noodles. Strawberries with yoghurt and maple syrup for pudding.

Steak pie. Steak pie that I'VE MADE, SHEO

I made the stew bit this monring and stuck it int he slow cooker so juts a pastry top and some mash anbd veg and bob's yer uncle.

Hopefully.

Must be steak day today because that's what I'm having too. Great big fuckoff sirloin with new potatoes from out the garden and some veg as an afterthought.

Steak and ale pie. I didn't make it though. I bought it at the market. We're having it with mash and green beans.

Tonight is roast leg of lamb, studded with garlic and rosemary, served with some roasted root veg. I've got some baby beetroots I want to pick so I'll drizzle them with balsamic vinegar and roast them with some carrots. I'm going to rummage through the weeds to find some fruit to make a crumble from as well.

*drools*

blimey madz you spoil them! :D

my meal plan only went up to Saturday, I can do chorizo prawns again if he's happy with that

God that sounds ace madz. I'm having the steak I was going to have last night before the chippy got the better of me. Spuds from out the garden and a salad partially from out the garden, too.

Puy lentil moussaka and greek salad (although as we speak I'm eating giant scampi, oven chips and broccoli :D ).
Eton Mess for pudding - with garden strawberries and some weightwatchers thick cream (which is something like a quarter the fat of standard double cream really, but is really not too bad!  ) mixed with greek yoghurt.

i'm having the set "menu de caffe" as written out for me in curly writing. i'm also having the specials and complimentary biscuits as an amuse bouche  :D
