How do you do your cauli? Put any spices with it?
I did it with cumin, coriander, turmeric, chipotle flakes and salt. Gorgeous, thank you. Will be doing both again.The other night I did it with turmeric, salt and pepper.
Tonight we've got roast rib of beef,Yorkshire puds, roast potatoes, carrots, green beans, broccoli, horseradish and gravy.
I owed Badgers a roast dinner, he was going to swap it for a cocktail shaker set, so this one's for him.
Ended up eating just a veggie burger in a bun due to a combination of not being very hungry and general CBA around cooking.

Just bought a kilo of fresh cockles ( picked this afternoon) for 5 euros from my pal Jorge in the bar . He gives you a bag of sea water to put in a bowl so they clean themselves out over night . So that tomorrow’s tea or lunch sorted .
Oh and some purple sprouting broccoli, the first of my home-grown! It was delicious.I've got some frying steak, so I'll slice it into strips and do beef fried rice. I like to use rice pouches for fried rice. So much less faff. Sauce will just be oyster and soy, probably. Maybe some five spice.
