What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Chicken breast still not defrosted, I'm not going to embark on some massive cooking adventure late at night, so when it is ready to cook I shall have the aforementioned Kung Pao Chicken (cashew version) and veggie lo mein - veggies include mushrooms, carrot, celery, green pepper, onion.
 
Chicken breast STILL not defrosted so put it in the fridge to have tomorrow and instead had a ham sandwich, dark chocolate digestives, and an orange club. Eyeing up the tin of assorted Amaretti biscuits and a pack of Lidl midget gems next.
 
I got loads of veg and fruit free from work last night (3 punnets of finest teeny tomatos, slightly sprouty garlic, punnet of shitake mushrooms, oranges, and some cavolo Nero). So going to roast the majority of the Tom's with the garlic bulb and make sauce for spaghetti and meatballs for the small and big one, I am going to do something with the shitake mushrooms for myself.
 
Probably takeaway pizza as wine was taken last night.
We had big plans for pancakes but I will probably not be arsed by the time I get home from work.....which could be a battle as well given the Tube strike in London today - ugh.
Strongly suspect Shrove Wednesday in our house :D
 
Feta-stuffed roast peppers with pesto fusilli, and shredded iceberg dressed with that FIT blood orange balsamic and olive oil.

Tesco finest choc cake and mint tea for afters.
 
All of the mashed potatoes tonight, normal for small and himself, sweet potato for me. Gammon for himself, sausages for the small, peri peri chicken breast done in the air fryer for me. Carrots and cavolo Nero for veggies. Chocolate muffins for pudding.
 
Last night I ended doing "Thai fakeaway" - Thai Basil Prawns & Squid for OH, the same but with chicken for me, and Thai style fried rice.

Tonight I am finally getting around to doing the blackened salmon that was scheduled for last week but didn't happen plus using up some baking potatoes that need to be used - blackened salmon, tomato and pepper rice, cheese and onion potato skins with sour cream, salad.
