What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Made a white sauce with lots of onion in it, added chicken and mushrooms and garlic and tarragon. It would make a highly excellent pie, bit it's far too hot to be arsing about with the oven on. So I will have it with rice. Or pasta. Not decided yet. That said, it looks like it will be thick enough to slice when it goes cold, so I might just wait and slather it on a barmcake. Or toast. Or crackers.
Not very decisive today. :D
