We've got some really nice Jersey Royals and Asparagus. I got a couple of lamb steaks for us to share and a rump steak for me.

Im not sure I've ever cooked lamb steaks. Does anyone have a favourite way? Was thinking a little bit of mustard and rosemary, but open for suggestions.

I'm taking part in a cooking course (over WhatsApp!) at the moment, and as I had some free time this morning, I made tomato sauce. I'm working till 9, so will have a late dinner - pasta with tomato sauce and maybe some chicken.

I like lamb done with rosemary & garlic, then a quick sauce made by de-glazing the pan with a splosh of red wine.
