Had a Tesco ready meal curry. Portim control very scant, chicken was interesting, but it filled me up so can't complain too much. Been a long time since I didn't cook from scratch. Annoyed I didn't take the time to do it

Recipe box dinner - chipotle spiced chicken with Mexican potatoes and roasted veggies.

This didn't happen last night because when I unpacked the box the sea bass packaging had split, so we had lemony sea bass and bulgur wheat with tomato and courgette.
We'll have the chipotle chicken tonight.

Last night was a disappointing pizza delivery. They forgot my extra jalapeños and the pepperoni was well suspect May not use that particular purveyor of pizza again.

Some sort of chicken and spinach curry tonight. Found some poppadoms at the back of the cupboard so those to accompany.

Those Co op 'individual' pizzas (well, they're only big enough for one in my opinion ) - margerita for him, chilli salami for me, salad, green olives with garlic.

Gu cheesecakes - mmm.

Fruit salad made of slices of orange, banana and apple slathered with plain yoghurt with a dash of almond essence in it. Walnuts and sunflower seeds chucked on the top. Was bloody lovely. And I feel very virtuous. I fancy that particular feeling will be drowned in gin before too much longer.

I remembered to get sausages out of the freezer, not sure what I am going to do with them. We have spuds still that need using so sausage and mash would be the obvious solution. I am just not feeling very excited by the thought of cooking or eating atm.
