What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Last night I had the remaining bits of my chicken reheated and served with fried mushrooms and thick chips. OH had a salmon fillet with the same accompaniments.
 
We were supposed to be having sausage casserole and mash but I forgot to get sausages out of the freezer and it's too late now. Will have to have a think, I might just bung some spuds in the oven for jacket spuds with cheese.
