I ended up having two packets of Jaffa cakes. Couldn’t face tea yesterday as I was having an allergy attack and was feeling rotten

A sort of Thai style yellow curry containing spuds and cauli (which I don't think are very Thai, but it tasted great anyhow) and beansprouts n noodles

Doing it with PSB and Emmer. Never had Emmer before, been sat in the back on the cupboard for ages. Think it needs a lot of cooking.

I do mini ones when I cook curry at work. When I par boil the spuds, I stick a bit of tumeric in the water so they go yellow and then a few spices in the oil when I'm roasting them.

We had a Hello Fresh chicken curry last night and now Mr Looby informs me that the lamb needs using today and that’s also for a curry recipe but at least a different one. Ffs, how hard is it to check some dates?
