It was all good, but not together. The sausage was too much like a beef sausage to work. The kimchee was very good though.

I’m not entirely sure what cassoulet is. I thought sausage stew but quick google & duck comes up in expensive cans?

aye - duck, ham hock, sausages - it varies a hell of a lot. Always lots of beans though

Yeah, C is for cup (of tea). I don't feel coffee goes as well with chocolate so a Cup (of tea) will have to do.

Sea bass fillet fried in Naturli (vegan butter substitute - lovely stuff) with lemon juice and coriander. Salad of some sort. Bit of baguette.

Just back from Easter Sunday Dinner at my parents' house. Delicious roast lamb and potatoes and cabbage and carrots and gravy, followed by rice pudding. Beautiful scran.
Even got a Tupperware with some cold lamb to bring home. And another one with rice pudding in it.
Bliss.
