It was supposed to be creamy chicken and leek with mash and kale from the Gousto box. I didn’t fancy mash and don’t like kale so we’re having it with roasted some peppers and basmati and wild rice instead.

We have leftover chicken and green lentil dishes from last night, I was going to make fresh mushroom rice and tarka dal to go with it but we've only just got in from shopping and OH is ploughing through the washing up (which was copious) from last night - will see what I can rustle up to go with the leftovers.

I'd planned to add another veg, but the few I had were only fit for the bin.

Last night was sticky smoked tofu (smoked tofu that was cubed and browned then glazed with some mango chutney) with spicy rice and green beans.

Tonight we've got Moroccan style chickpea and spinach stew with couscous.

Spaghetti tossed in olive oil/garlic/chilli, with sundried toms and black olives, and shedloads of parmesan on top. Will also chuck some chopped wild garlic in.

Homemade brownie and a decaff tea.

Pasta with a sauce of tomatoes and mushrooms and onions and peppers and capers and olives.

Another dollop of that. It was lovely yesterday, so I expect it will taste even nicer today.
