Same here Roadkill !Stir fried vegetables and cashew nuts, with brown rice. I am incapable of making stir fries in sensible quantities.

It varies - some weeks two dozen, some weeks just half a dozen. Depends on what I feel like eating. But it always has to half a dozen at a time - that just feels right.How many do you get through a week?

Foods containing cholesterol
Some foods naturally contain cholesterol, called dietary cholesterol. Foods such as kidneys, eggs and prawns are higher in dietary cholesterol than other foods.

I'd say you're set with the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey.

But it doesn't have a great deal of impact compared to other fats, so it's fine. They dropped the recommended maximum number of eggs people should eat a week a few years back I think, probably because it doesn't mean you'll have a heart attack.that's a lot of cholesterol
