I must be bonkers. Made a special trip to Sainsbury's to get a bottle of lemon cordial to make a lemon chicken dish.

So that and possibly salt and pepper chips. Tempted to get some ribs as well, but that's probably excessive.

Special Rice Krispie cake, and all the wholenut choccy.

Roasted chicken with potatoes, stuffing, gravy, sprouts, peas and carrots. It was bliss.
It'll be the same tea for the next few days. Wooo!

Potato, onion, tomato and bacon hot pot. First hot pot of winter, the sky darkened as it was ready...perfect weather for a steaming heap of comfort. House smells gorgeous too.

tonight’s dinner is chicken korma with wheat naan. Pudding will be some yoplait yoghurt & some biscuits

Followed by home made apple tart and custard
