Ended up having mushroom pasta to use up the mushrooms before they disintegrated into a soggy mess - mushrooms, red onion, garlic, oregano, black pepper (my pepper mill broke, am really fucked off about it, I only bought it 6 weeks ago), red wine, cream, the few tsp left in the bottom of a jar of basil pesto, penne
