Got a bit carried away with this. Made a bechemel sauce and added white wine, a studded onion and cheese. Reduced it down and then spent a while layering pasta, sauce, spinach, more cheese and the rest.Have some ham, red onion and spinach that needs using up so decided on a ham, spinach and mushroom pasta bake.
does anyone have a good recipe for hungarian goulash?
Ended up making a sort of cider gravy.Got a decent gammon joint with glaze from the #haggleshelf for about a quid. So that with roast potatoes, carrots and peas. Possibly gravy or whatever sauce I can rustle up.
