We're on Tuscan bean and tomato soup (best one I've ever made) and chips. Salted caramel and choc cheesecake with blueberries for afters.

Thurs - Spicy beanburgers with melted emmental, avo, mayo and ketchup, tomatoes with s&p on the side.
Fri - sausages (pork and apple/veggie) with onions fried with some balsamic and sugar, in hot baguettes, with ketchup and more tomatoes.
Tonight was supposed to be Tesco roast veg, mozz, bake things/chicken legs and chips, with broccoli - but my son and his gf and a friend went out for a VERY CHEEKY Nandos, for lunch so I've put that on hold until tomorrow and made a chickpea, pea and potato coconut curry to have with rice. Yum yums for pudding.
