What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Monday - Chippy dinner - haddock and cod roe shared between me and the boy, mozzarella sticks for the girl, large chips and curry sauce.
Tuesday - Linda McC hoisin duck, with rice, cucumber, spring onion, chinese leaf and hoisin sauce over the lot. Jaffa cakes for pudding.
Weds - Baked sweet potatoes with ham and goats cheese (RubyToogood's influence there! :D )/cheddar with salad. Berry strudel and vanilla ice cream for pudding.
Today - hot baguettes with crab stick mayo/egg mayo, avo and lettuce and baby plum tomatoes on the side. Strawbs/banana/meringues/yoghurt for pudding.
 
Dinner at our friends' house (have been socially bubbled with them for a few weeks and possibly last chance at socialising if restrictions are going to be increased soon):

Fried padron peppers
Salt and pepper squid and prawns (very hot with both chillies and sichuan pepper) with watercress and beansprout salad
Berries with labneh (from an Ottolenghi recipe, absolutely delicious)
Cheeses with oat crackers
Various red and white wines, Amaretto, Brandy, Espresso

Bloody lovely :)
