What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Sausages (pork for me, bird's eye meat free for him), roast spuds, yorkshire pudding and stuffing balls (frozen leftovers from when we had a roast last week), sweetcorn, gravy
 
Which dairy substitute works best for that? Never quite sure which one to go for in terms of cooking!
Soya Cream! 250ml (1 little carton) made up to 600 ml with water.
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1.25kg potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 250ml (1 cup) soya cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp bouillon powder
  • 3 tbsp dairy-free butter
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, optional
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Nutmeg
