On my last break at work and having spinach, watercress, beetroot salad with olives and sweet little red peppers. Potato salad made with jacket potatoes and fish with a pakora batter.
Eggs last for ages, so you don't have to use them yet. (You don't need to put them in the fridge either)Eggs - got another half dozen to use up, so maybe scrambled today to mix things up a bit.
