Spicy seafood linguine

(Garlic, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, olive oil, 2 large tomatoes hulled and chopped, salt, pepper, 1 glass white wine, seafood (I sometimes use just prawns, tonight is mixed seafood - prawns, squid, mussels), double cream, linguine, parsley)

Did you warm the tortilla? I like to heat one in a dry frying pan, melt some Nutella on top (that is Nutella, right :hmm: ) then roll it up. Nom.
