What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Pheasant breast wrapped in sage and streaky bacon, garlicky herby roast parsnips, new potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, kale, gravy, juniper & caraway fermented red cabbage
This again only with roast potatoes, and cabbage instead of psb. Slice of bread and butter after to mop up the grease and burnt bits from the roasting tray, then two more with raspberry jam. Small handful of dark chocolate coated coffee beans. Milky cup of tea :bleurgh: to finish off the milk I rescued from work (Use by 21/03. Still fine, not even about to turn. Wtf do aldi do to their milk?!)
