What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Well, I am really looking forward to some pinot grigio tonight, and will follow that up at some point with a mix of white/brown/tricolour fusilli tossed in chilli/garlic/olive oil, with green olives and garlic and sundried toms, smothered in parmesan.
 
I did a pasta bake with those massive shells. Chorizo, garlic and cream cheese with mozzarella and breadcrumbs on top. It was lovely but I didn’t cook the pasta enough first so it was too hard. I put mine in the microwave for a bit but Mr Looby just chewed harder. 😄

I'm doing a Persian chicken stew thing with preserved lemons and olives. And lots of onions and garlic fried in butter. I've done it before, but I've adapted this time for the slow cooker. Really glad. I'm totally wiped, so it's nice feeling that the only thing I have left to do is choose a grain or something to go with it.
