I hadn't had it for yonks either until a few months ago when I bought some for an Italian cake recipe, which turned out rather well. My ten year old niece was here, allegedly helping me to bake. She's a great kid and reads everything she finds and always has questions about whatever it is she's just read. So needless to say she asked me what the recipe was all about on the side of the packet, for semolina pudding. So we whipped up a bit of that and she thought it was absolutely fantastic. And so did I. So I'm on a bit of a retro semolina kick, these days.Wow, semolina... haven't had that for yonks.
Cottage pie - trying not to think about the fact that the cat might have messed with it whilst I was in the bath.
Spaghetti and meatballs with mafia sauce, should be my best effort yet as all the ingredients I got are top notch/from the garden/as fresh as possible.
