This is about time i usually taste the spag bol sauce and burn my tongue. Will leave it cool down another 30 mins if i can.

Jackets tonight. Herself will have cheese, beans, sweetcorn on hers. I've realised I just like the jacket, sliced and with just butter. I might have tarragon beans on the side but no cheese.

Sauce is fucking beautiful. Am salivating with a burnt tongue thinking about it.

Big shop day, hurray! Cauldron Cumberland saussies, skin-on mashed spuds, broccoli, peas and gravy.

Fit muffin and a decaff coffee.

Hactually, as it's a bone cold kinda day, I might make a black cherry crumble instead for pudding, and have with custard.

Nooo, even though I remember clicking on the sausages, I mustn't have done!!

Oh well, mozzarella cheeseburgers and wedges it is then. Plenty of salad here, and will have the kraut I forgot to take to work too.

Stir-fry with loads of veggies and mushrooms. Beef strips for the protein. Udon noodles.

I asked the lady on the till yesterday why there were no cheap Christmas puddings this year.
I've looked in Tesco and at the COOP.
She told me they (Tesco) had run out of them before Christmas!
Very disappointing. I didn't see any mince pies either. In fact I don't think I had a mince pie this Christmas.

There was a bit of a christmas pudding shortage this year. None to be found at all in Rye before Christmas, luckily we had one left over from last year which was still good.

On the other hand I found a mini panettone yesterday reduced to 50p.

5 generous portions of Spag bol sauce in freezer 1 portion for today 1 yesterdays 7 good meals of food for £20-22 or so. Not bad going i think
