What stupid shit has Trump done today?

Only just.
What does this actually mean? All we've really had is a continuation of Bush and Obama's wars and some bluster with North Korea. Calling other countries shitholes is enormously offensive but it doesn't actually kill anyone. It's really not as bad as bombing them. Why is everyone attacking Trump for the offense he causes and not the deaths and misery the U.S. is continuing to cause?

I think it's a given that the US is on an eternal mission to cause deaths and misery. The offense he causes it the unfortunate icing on the cake :(

yeh spreading uncertainty may not kill so many people now, but it is an integral part of the advance towards the coming general war of the 2020s, which should leave sufficient dead to satisfy you.

Creepy loon.

*shudders*
yeh all you've got to go on are shitty ad homs. how's about you take a step back and tell me the evidence you see which suggests that under trump nothing is changing bar the scraps in afghanistan and iraq. perhaps you should have a look at the united states draft nuclear posture review - you don't need to read more than 800 pages, you can enjoy this article about it. you might also enjoy reading about the united states' decision to retain cluster munitions.

but it's easier to go "creepy loon" than looking about you and seeing how we're heading towards an almighty waterfall

You can call it an ad hominem if you like but I find someone with the avatar of an occult fantasist and alleged rapist talking about future wars like he's some sort of pound shop Nostradamus genuinely creepy.

And I don't think you really got the gist of my post. If anything you seem to be agreeing with me (creepy prophecies aside).

it's not a nostradamus prophecy, it's based on solid developments, from things like the 9 dash line round the south china sea, and the potential there for a great conflagration, on the pyre of the middle east, which just requires a small spark to turn the smaller conflicts into another catastrophe, beside which the syrian civil war and conflict in yemen will seem as nothing, climate change, trump, small wars in africa, the new authoritarianism in europe... i hope i am wrong, but i fear i'm all too right.

Great to see that Trump is still the most entertaining political leader in the world a year on, he has given me more LOLs than any politician for decades. All that singing from the same hymn sheet that has pervaded politics for years has become very tedious. It will be fun to watch if Oprah decided to run in 2020 in celebrity obsessed America. The clash between the American peoples Pavlovian conditioning and celebrity worship syndrome could make the whole country go on tilt and shift the earth's axis, now that would give you something to moan about

Hmm. Which do you find more entertaining? The racist agenda, threats, sexual assaults, lying, or undermining the media?

To be fair it's definitly up there. I used to lie awake at night with concern for the people of Cuidad Juarez, the stories coming out of the town were fucking tragic and horrific. Arguably more so than what was happening in Iraq at the time. Not sure if Mexico's doing any better now, but the country of which Trump is now president is the terrible force responsible in both cases.:(

I will never, ever be able to forgive the people who voted for this monster.
Apparently this doesn't just mean carrying out gender-reassignment related treatments, it means giving ANY treatment to a trans person.*
But.....but we're told it's not those voter's fault. They are the victims, the oppressed white working class. The evil doers are those damn liberals who voted against Trump, and of course the evil Hillary.

*I'd love to be corrected on that, but that's what I've read.

Fortunately, the Trump Administration isn't the only governing factor there. The AMA also has rules that apply to doctors, and not following those rules can result in disciplinary action. Here's the policy of the AMA on treatment of transgender persons:

The HOD also adopted policy opposing any efforts that would prevent a transgender person from “accessing basic human services and public facilities in line with one’s gender identity.” Transgender people who live in states with discriminatory policies have “statistically significant increases in mental health and psychiatric diagnoses,” according to the resolution delegates adopted.

“Prejudice and discrimination affect transgender individuals in many ways throughout their daily lives, often in the form of physical or verbal abuse or bullying," said Jesse M. Ehrenfeld, MD, MPH, member of the AMA Board of Trustees.

"Laws and policies that restrict the use of public facilities based on biological gender can have immediate and lingering physical consequences, as well as severe mental health repercussions," Dr. Ehrenfeld added. To protect the public health and to promote social equality and safe access to public facilities and services, the American Medical Association is opposed to policies that prevent transgender individuals from accessing basic human services and public facilities in line with their gender identity.”

AMA takes several actions supporting transgender patients

I'm assuming that would include medical services.

But yeah, you have to be a special kind of monster to want to deny healthcare to anyone, for any reason. We already know they're willing to withdraw health insurance coverage for poor children. Why would trans adults be exempt from their casual cruelty?

At least Trump hasn't got into a shooting war with Russia over Syrian airspace which Hillary might have done.

"Might have done" is rather important here. She might have also banned wearing sox with sandals, or putting chocolate sprinkles on ice cream.

If you genuinely think the tangible harm caused by Trump/GOP policies and actions - like the 1000 plus deaths in Puerto Rico directly resulting from White House policy - is a better outcome than what your fevered brain tells you might have happened if Clinton were elected, you're a pretty sick puppy.
