Of course we do. The moderation is quite lax, so people can get a bit rumbunctious at times. 'Vulgar' language is reasonable in many situations.
People seem to expect newbies to slot in too. Which is a bit self-defeating for the board culture.

There's always a legal factor of defamation. And the more litigious characters are usually in the news. A big story like this, you still have to think of the 'alleged' and 'apparently' terminology, even if it's unlikely to be a problem on a basically not on the radar website.

A classmate of his said he was a quiet, nice person who loved to talk about history and government...won a prize at graduation for maths & science
He was kicked out of his high school gun club. But joined a local gun club after he graduated. He used his father's gun which was only purchased 6 months ago. He also had no social media accounts.
Saw something online that said the donation of 15 dollars was made by a man in his 60s with the same name...funny how the media has kept on reporting it was this guy.
Other classmates say he was a loner but they didn't see any bullying going on.
Who knows why he did it.
He will surely have left some message somewhere... whether it gets reported on is doubtful.
