What are you having for breakfast?

2 boiled eggs, chopped in a mug with some salt, pepper and butter.
2 slices of wholemeal toast.
Orange juice.
Sweet black coffee.

I don’t like the ones full of artificial flavouring. But this one needs a glug of maple syrup, especially in smoothies.
I never get flavoured protein - you're just paying for extra sugar. This was also a 'neutral' but was foul. Did the job like, but ended up switching to whey isolate, cos it packs a bigger punch as it were.

There is a good vegan one that I can’t remember the name of and can’t find again. I’d know the packet though!
